- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with latest CSD report attached
- Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin (TCS)
- Certified copy of company registration certificate showing names & ID numbers of active shareholders
- Municipal Rates & Taxes Clearance Certificate/account (not older than 90 days) OR valid lease agreement with supporting account statement
- Individual directors must also provide municipal rates/taxes or lease agreements
- Completed, signed, and initialled bid document
- No faxed or emailed quotations will be accepted
- Quotations received after closing date/time will not be considered
- Non‑compliance with conditions will invalidate the bid
ℹ️ Additional Information
- Project information is available free of charge on municipal notice boards and the e‑Tender portal.
- No quotation will be accepted from persons in the service of the state.
