📑 Minimum Requirements
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), with the latest CSD report attached
• Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin (TCS)
• Certified copy of the company registration certificate, showing names and ID numbers of active shareholders
• Municipal Rates and Taxes Clearance Certificate/account (not older than 90 days), OR a valid lease agreement with a supporting account statement
• Individual directors must also provide municipal rates/taxes clearance or lease agreements
• Completed, signed, and initialled bid document
• No faxed or emailed quotations will be accepted
• Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be considered
• Non-compliance with these conditions will invalidate the bid
• No quotation will be accepted from persons in the service of the state
